Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Update CI: remove .drone.yml, standardize ci.yml

Remove .drone.yml (no longer used for GitHub CI) and rewrite .github/workflows/ci.yml on the template shared with Unicode_Entities.jl.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Update CI: use HTML_Entities.jl ci.yml as the template

Re-standardize .github/workflows/ci.yml on HTML_Entities.jl: add concurrency, permissions, processcoverage and codecov/codecov-action@v7; switch the version matrix to 1.10/1/pre.
