The ingredient table listed oil as 1 bucket and rock sugar as 5 buckets. The steps already say the oil should cover about 3/5 of the elbow and the sugar coloring uses 200 ml. Use those amounts. Fixes Anduin2017#1885

dishes/meat_dish/虎皮肘子.md的计算表把食用植物油写成「1 桶」、冰糖写成「5 桶」。模板要求不要用大小不一的容器当单位。操作步骤里已经写了可执行的量：油要能浸没猪肘 3/5 以上，炒糖色用 200 ml。计算表现在用这两处：
油炸和炒糖色两步改为引用计算表，避免两处数字以后再分开。
