Moves the three projects in collections-arrays/PrintOutArrayElements from net6.0 to net10.0, updates BenchmarkDotNet to 0.15.8 and MSTest, the Test SDK and coverlet to their current releases, passes the command-line args to BenchmarkRunner so --job, --filter and --list work, fills the benchmark array with Random.Shared, switches the sample array to a collection expression and adds a test showing that passing an int array to Console.Write prints System.Int32[].
