This PR allows users assigning role colors to themselves using the
/colorcommand.This feature is restricted to users with a specified (configurable) role. If users no longer have the role, their corresponding color roles will be removed as well.
If no users with a color role are left, the color role is deleted.

Setup steps
To get this feature set up, run the database migration
2026-11-07_create_color_rolesand set themoderationConfig.colorRoleChangeRoleIdto a valid role ID (the bot needs to be able to manage that role).
