Go Report Card has been sunset and its badge now reads "retired". Linting is already covered by golangci-lint in the CI workflow, which the Tests badge reflects.

Go Report Card has been sunset, so the README badge now shows "go report: retired". This removes it.
Linting is already covered: the CI workflow runs
go vetand golangci-lint in its Lint job, and the Tests badge reflects that workflow.
