Summary

pin @wca/helpers to 2.0.0 and remove the v1-only wca-group-generators dependency
migrate WCIF models to v2 result fields and participation rulesets
handle nullable registrant IDs safely and update WCIF v2 test fixtures
remove obsolete local type augmentation shims

Testing

yarn check:type
yarn build
yarn test (395 tests)
yarn lint (0 errors; 15 pre-existing warnings)
