docs: point the Docker images to ghcr.io/cpp-linter/clang-tools - #90

The getting-started table now lists LLVM 7 to 23 (23 is published) and the GHCR pull command, and says the same images are on Docker Hub. The home page footer links the clang-tools-docker repository.

Summary
This is the website half of cpp-linter/clang-tools-docker#163, which makes
ghcr.io/cpp-linter/clang-toolsthe recommended address. Every image still goes to Docker Hub asxianpengshen/clang-tools.docker pull ghcr.io/cpp-linter/clang-tools:21.The 2026-09-12 blog post still uses the Docker Hub address. I left it unchanged: it is a dated post, and that address keeps working.
