docs: drop version notes for CLIs older than 5.9.0 - #160

CLIs older than 5.9.0 can no longer run against DeviceCloud. Notes like "requires CLI 5.6.0 or later" and "(CLI 5.7.0 and later)" now describe versions nobody can use, so they're removed. The install example now pins 5.11.1 rather than 5.5.0.
The Google Play pairing check (5.8.0) and the executionOrder shape check (5.5.0) both shipped below the 5.9.0 floor, so the notes on how older CLIs behaved are gone.
Every request to DeviceCloud is already encrypted in transit. On top of that, --encrypt (the default) applies envelope encryption: each file gets its own random key, which is then wrapped with DeviceCloud's public key. The docs called this just "encryption" and called --no-encrypt uploads "unencrypted", which reads as if they went over the wire in the clear. - The Data Encryption section names the scheme (AES-256-GCM per-file keys, wrapped with X25519) and drops the note about older CLIs. - The flag, env-var and MCP references say "envelope encryption" and say that turning it off still leaves the upload encrypted in transit. - The dedup notes say "envelope-encrypted" and "uploaded with --no-encrypt" in place of "encrypted" and "unencrypted".
