fix(release): list every release when finding unreleased versions - #72
Conversation
gh release list --limit 100 stopped covering the repo once it passed 100 releases, so the oldest versions (3.2.1, 3.2.2) looked unreleased and were rebuilt and republished. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

- Line 48: Remove the `|| true` fallback from the `existing_releases` discovery
command so a failed `gh release list` stops the workflow before it dispatches
releases; keep the existing release-listing options and parsing unchanged.

With || true, a failed gh release list left the existing set empty and every recipe version was dispatched for release. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Problem
Today's scheduled "Release New Versions" run republished
3.2.1,3.2.1-7,3.2.2and3.2.2-7, which already had releases (run).release-new.ymldecides what is unreleased fromgh release list --limit 100. The repo now has 321 releases, so the oldest versions sit at the edge of that window. Releasing 3.3.13, 3.4.12 and 4.0.9 earlier today (six new releases) pushed the plain3.2.1and3.2.2releases out of it, and they were rebuilt. Every future batch of new versions would do the same to the next-oldest versions.Fix
List with
