Sirius downloads stop when the next dive is a freedive: the data-object request receives a short 0x80 response instead of a segment, so the segment-header check aborts the iteration and leaves older dives unread. Two Sirius diagnostic logs show the same response immediately after headers with freedive mode 5. Recognise only that 16-byte response for a Sirius dive-data request when the buffered header identifies a freedive, the response echoes the requested object, and its remaining bytes match the observed pattern. Return an internal unsupported status and advance to the next dive without invoking the callback for the unavailable record. Other models, dive modes, responses and protocol errors retain their previous behaviour. Add focused tests for both observed indexes and for mismatched headers, models, requests and responses. An out-of-tree make -j4 check passes both tests. No physical Sirius was available, so successful retrieval after the skipped freedive remains unverified on hardware. Pass the full response length to the freedive matcher.
mares_iconhd_freedive_unavailable requires length == 16, but mares_iconhd_read_object decrements the received length before calling it. A 16-byte response is therefore passed as 15 and cannot be classified. The caller then returns a protocol error instead of skipping the freedive.
